Welcome to week 16 of the MKEMMA blog posts, lets go!
This week I’m elated with everything in the world, I mean, yes everywhere there are problems and obstacles because that’s kinda part of the deal here, but this week, even the problems, the delays, and the obstacles are taking on a different tone.
This week is Kindness week, amigos.
It means, we, as a class, are focused on creating a global movement that raises kindness.
How are we going to do that?! you ask?
Well, easy! By leveraging our superpower.
Superpower?! you ask?
Every good student of the MKE has this superpower…
Ok, also the bad students…
Ok everyone has this superpower, even you!
It’s the power of controlling your own mind and direct it to whatever purpose you desire.
And this week, the purpose is, Kindess. Isn’t that cool?
We are building a worldwide movement pumping kindness into the world.
And that makes me feel really good!
We read in Part 16 about the tangible results that lie in the objective world, brought to life by the irresistible combination of thoughts and feelings:
21. And finally, the vitality depends upon the feeling with which the thought is impregnated. If the thought is constructive, it will possess vitality; it will have life, it will grow, develop, expand, it will be creative; it will attract to itself everything necessary for its complete development.
22. If the thought is destructive, it will have within itself the germ of its own dissolution; it will die, but in the process of dying, it will bring sickness, disease, and every other form of discord.
Just curious, does that last part sounds to you more like reflecting kindness, or like, reflecting inharmony?
Together, this week, we are busy daily, raising kindness by focusing our attention on the spontaneous acts of kindness we notice people do naturally for others and, by focusing our own feelings, thoughts, words, and actions in a way that reflects kindness.
And believe me you can feel it.
As soon as your attention tunes into the kindness frequency, it pops from everywhere!
Really?! you ask?
Well, my point this week is that you dare to try it, look for kindness everywhere, drop some kindnesses where you are, send cute texts, say a compliment, smiiiiile!!!
Whatever it takes for you to show others that you are, actually, consciously, reflecting kindness.
Go ahead and do it now, see how that feels.
